Dark ruby-garnet. Sour cherry and blackberry with a hint of minerals. Full bodied with a recognisable acidity and a lot of structure but still easy to drink. The grapes were handpicked at the beginning of October. After destemming the grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks. After Pressing malolactic and 14 months of ageing were done in big wooden casks to develop it's smooth and ripe aroma.
