Description: The co-op of St. Pauls was formed to protect workers' rights, when most land was owned by the church or the aristocracy. This small, mountainous region is influenced by both Italian and Austrian practices. The wine is aged 10 months on the lees to offer notes of white flowers, pear and apple, coupled with a lush, silky texture.
