Description: This little gem walks a fine line between white and "orange" wine. Fermented on the skins, but not for the full fermentation, extraction is enough to give it some color, texture, and a bit of funkiness. Still approachable, this savory more than fruity wine would be excellent with hard, salty cheeses or roasted white meats.
