Description: This wine comes from one hectare of vines planted in 1947 in the terroir of Gras Moutons. Many other producers with vines in this terroir bottle it under the Gras Moutons name instead of using the Cru labeling of Monnières-Saint-Fiacre. This labelling is more labor intensive, requiring a minimum of 24 months aging on the lees before bottling.
