Spirits Type: Whiskey
Description: White Oak Distillery is just a stone's throw from Kobe Bay. Founded in 1888, they were the first Japanese distillery to receive their whisky license, and remain Japan's smallest producer, with only five staff members. This unique single malt spent four years in bourbon barrels and 18 months in Pinot Noir casks from a renowned winery in California. Yielding only 500 bottles, this soft, elegant whisky shows notes of sweet cherry, chocolate, truffle, and leather.
